Cancellation Period / Timeframe
Don’t need or want one of our OATH Australian Native Bee Hives anymore you have 60 days After Purchase and After Delivery to return the hive for a full refund!
Method of Refund
All payments of refunds will be returned to you via the initial method of payment. Eg. Paid with PayPal, refund will be via PayPal. Paid via Bank Deposit, refund will be via Bank Deposit.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
Who pays the freight on returning goods?
If we are at fault and have sent the wrong hive, the hive is damaged, or the hive is faulty we will arrange shipping.
If you have a change of mind or don’t want the hive anymore the buyer will need to arrange return postage.
